Wedding - DeCock/Bristow

Megan Elizabeth DeCock and Andrew Lane Bristow were married on August 14, 2009 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Alexandria.

Megan Elizabeth DeCock and Andrew Lane Bristow were married on August 14, 2009 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Alexandria. Father Steve Binsfield officiated the ceremony. A reception and dance followed at Broadway Ballroom in Alexandria.

Megan is the daughter of Wayne and Kathy DeCock of Nelson. She is currently employed by Fargo Public Schools.

Andrew is the son of Michael and Jean Bristow of Alexandria. He is currently a student at North Dakota State University in Fargo, planning to graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering in the fall of 2011.

Jenny DeCock, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Desiree Johnson and Tracy DeCock, sisters-in-law of the bride; Aneisa Hagen and Lindsey Baumgartner, friends of the bride; and Megan Bristow, sister of the groom. The flower girl was Chloe Ford, cousin of the groom. Clare Carlson, friend of the couple, served as an usher.

Norm Betland, friend of the couple, served as best man. Groomsmen included Josh DeCock and Jake DeCock, brothers of the bride; and Billy Hangsleben, Brian Fier and Nate Gronseth, friends of the couple. The ring bearers were Owen Ford, cousin of the groom, and Brayden Johnson, nephew of the bride. Peter Gregory, friend of the couple, served as an usher.

The couple currently resides in Fargo, North Dakota.
