Celebration of Love planned at Mount Carmel

Mount Carmel is holding a Valentine's dinner and dance on Saturday, February 13 at 6 p.m. “A Celebration of Love” will help spouses renew their love in a special way.

The evening will include dinner in the decorated dining hall. Special love songs will be sung and poetry will be read. Participants will be invited to share a few words of love with their loved ones.

Entrees can vary from prime rib, stuffed chicken puff (a specialty of the Mount Carmel chef) and a vegetable pasta primavera.

Desserts will then be served followed by the dance. There will also be a chocolate fountain with a variety of fruits for dipping.

Cost for the evening is $75, which includes dinner, dancing and a special gift from the chef. Semi-formal dress is encouraged. Call (320) 846-2744 before February 11 to make reservations.
