SPECIAL MEETING

BOARD OF EDUCATION

INDEPENDENT SCHOOL

DISTRICT NO. 206

ALEXANDRIA, MINNESOTA

JANUARY 13, 2010

The special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 206, Alexandria, Minnesota, was called to order by Board Chairperson Dean Anderson at 6:45 a.m. in the District Office Conference Room, Alexandria, Minnesota.

Board Members Present: Alan Zeithamer, Dave Anderson, Jean Robley, and Dean Anderson and ex-officio Superintendent Terry Quist. Absent: Jim Hafdal, Judy Florell and Pam Carlson.

Others Present: Administrators Judy Backhaus and Julie Critz.

TEACHER MASTER AGREEMENT:

Motion by Motion by Zeithamer, seconded by Dave Anderson, to ratify the Master Agreement with Education Minnesota Alexandria for the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 school years.

Motion Carried.

ADJOURNMENT:

There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned at 7:30 a.m.
