7 p.m. – Pledge of Allegiance, invocation, consent agenda (minutes; licenses for peddlers, tatoo, excavating, temporary liquor, charitable gambling; and proclamation of Random Acts of Kindness Week)
7:05 p.m. – Fire chief and fire marshal annual reports
7:15 p.m. – RCC Manager Vinnie Hennen, authorization to call for bids for new hockey boards
7:20 p.m. – Public Works Coordinator Bryan Bjorgaard, request authorization to purchase fork lift
7:25 p.m. – City Planner Mike Weber, planning commission recommendations
7:35 p.m. – City Engineer Tim Schoonhoven, resolution establishing Municipal State Aid Highways
