Awards, applause and accolades accented the Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2010 annual celebration and meeting that took place at Arrowwood on January 8.

Awards, applause and accolades accented the Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2010 annual celebration and meeting that took place at Arrowwood on January 8. Jill Blashack-Strahan of Tastefully Simple received the Chamber’s “Business and Education Partnership Award” from Dean Anderson, chair of the District 206 Board of Education. The Chamber’s outgoing president Dave Lambert presented Heidi Ryan with the “Friend of Education Award.” Director Coni McKay presented Tim Aarsvold with the “Friend of the Chamber Award.”
