RESOLUTION 57
APPOINTMENT OF
CITY ATTORNEY
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DOUGLAS R. HEGG OF HEGG LAW OFFICE AS CITY ATTORNEY FOR THE CITY OF NELSON.
WHEREAS, the City Council appoints its City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, Douglas R. Hegg is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NELSON, MINNESOTA that:
1. Douglas R. Hegg of Hegg Law Office is hereby appointed as the City Attorney for the City of Nelson.
2. Douglas R. Hegg shall be authorized to prosecute criminal and civil matters on behalf of the City.
