ALEXANDRIA HRA REQUEST

FOR SEALED BIDS

The Alexandria Housing & Redevelopment Authority invites sealed bids from contractors for the purchase and installation of laundry tubs and faucets at Woodhill Townhomes, located at 1300-1422 7th Ave. East, Alexandria, MN 56308. The work consists of replacing 24 existing fixtures with new fixtures.

Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on 02/05/2010 and publicly opened, forthwith at the Alexandria Housing and Redevelopment Authority Offices located at 805 Fillmore Street, Alexandria, MN 56308.

A bid package will be available for pick-up from Erin at 805 Fillmore Street after 2:00 P.M. on 01/20/2010.

The work site will be available for a walk through by appointment from 01/20/2010 – 02/03/2010 by calling Erin at the Alexandria HRA at 320-762-1311.
