New Year's baby arrives
Cecilia Haffner, president of the VFW Auxiliary, presented a free car seat to the couple who had this year's first baby born at Douglas County Hospital.
Cecilia Haffner (right), president of the VFW Auxiliary, presented a free car seat to Colten and Mandy Steidl of Carlos, and their baby girl, Liberty Ann. Liberty, who was born on January 2 at 10 a.m., was the first Douglas County baby born at Douglas County Hospital in 2010.
