Parkers Prairie standout Sari Noga reached another milestone in a 62-54 win over Cook County in the championship game of the Walker Tournament last Wednesday night.
Noga became just the eighth girls’ basketball player in Minnesota history to surpass the 3,000-point mark. The feat came as Noga led her team to its seventh straight win to start the season.
The Panthers are ranked No. 3 in the state in Class A with a 7-0 mark.
Noga joins Tayler Hill, Katie Ohm, Hannah Linz, Megan Taylor, Janet Karvoven, Susan King and Kierah Kimbrough in the 3,000-point club.
