Christmas is a special time to celebrate and be thankful for family and friends. Give the gift that keeps on giving this season, the gift of health and safety to yourself and others.
Here is a rewrite of The 12 Days of Christmas. I think you will like the creativity I’ve shown. Sing along with the words to remind you to keep using healthy behaviors during the holidays and throughout the year.
1. On the first day of Christmas, Public Health recommended:
Seat belts clicking into place.
2. On the second day of Christmas, Public Health recommended:
Don’t drink and drive, and seat belts clicking into place.
3. On the third day of Christmas, Public Health recommended:
Manage stress, don’t drink and drive, and seat belts clicking into place.
4. On the fourth day of Christmas, Public Health recommended:
