November 16

The windshield wipers on a 1996 Dodge Intrepid parked near Kenwood Drive were stolen.

Someone keyed the passenger side door of a pickup parked near Jefferson Street.

A break-in was reported at the Alex Pawn Shop. The culprit broke a window cover and stole jewlery, video games and other items.

A camera was stolen from the girls’ locker room at Discovery Middle School.

November 17

A caller reported that he had a muskrat in his car near Jefferson Street. The animal was killed.

November 20

Money and credit cards were stolen from a residence near Linden Avenue.

November 21

A resident reported that she lost a purse containing her Social Security card somewhere in the city.

Two juveniles were caught trying to break into a safe at Glik’s in the Viking Plaza. One of the suspects was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and the parents were contacted.

November 22

A wallet was lost at the Holiday gas station on Highway 29 South. It contained a driver’s license, $100, a bank card, insurance card and an electronic key.

Dispatch received between eight and 10 911 calls from the same prank caller. Kids could be heard laughing in the background. The calls originated from Irvine Place.

At 3:42 a.m., officers responded to a report of three males walking on 7th Avenue East from Maple Street, knocking over trash cans. They were cited for minor consumption of alcohol and were ordered to pick up the garbage.

November 15

Someone threw a rock through the window of a vehicle parked on hunting land near Betsy Ross Point.

Garbage was dumped into a ditch along East Lake Geneva Road. Suspects were apprehended.

Someone smashed a car window and stole a gun scope in the Chippewa Heights area. The owner was hunting at the time.

A 2004 Honda TRX 450 four-wheeler was stolen near Sunset Strip NW, Alexandria. It was later recovered.

A car parked near County Road 42 was scratched and dented. The damage was severe enough to be a felony level crime.

November 16

Someone fired a 22-round or pellet through a shed window near Highway 27 East.

A deer head with a nine-point rack was stolen out of a truck parked near South Lake Jessie Road SE, Alexandria.

November 17

About $200 worth of diesel fuel was drained from two trucks parked in a field along County Road 25. The theft happened between November 13-17.

A gold wedding ring and silver-colored necklace were stolen from a residence in Brandon.

Several items outside of the Evansville school were damaged. A parking post was also stolen.

November 21

Three keys on a purple keychain were stolen in Osakis.

Signs for a Christmas sale were ripped down at 1810 North McKay.

Someone used a spade shovel to dig holes, some of them rather deep, at the Atikwa Golf Course at the Arrowwood Resort. The No. 11 tee box and No. 13 green were damaged.

Someone dumped a refrigerator in a ditch along County Road 86 SE, Alexandria.

A rear window of a vehicle parked near Stockhaven Road NW, Evansville, was smashed.

November 22

Deputies investigated a complaint of someone burning garbage and plastic on South Darling Drive near County Road 22. A resident was cited for burning prohibited materials.
