thence North 69 degrees 40 minutes 24 seconds East and along said right-of-way line a distance of 122.97 feet;
thence Northeasterly and continuing along said right-of-way line and along a tangential curve concave to the NW, radius 657.52 feet, central angle 6 degrees 32 minutes 12 seconds a distance of 75.01 feet to the intersection with the Northerly line of that certain tract recorded in Book 66 of Deeds, page 626;
thence leaving said right-of-way line and following along said Northerly line of said tract South 53 degrees 23 minutes 38 seconds East 108 feet more or less to the intersection with the water line of Lake LeHomme Dieu;
thence Southerly along said water line 70 feet more or less to the intersection with a line drawn South 77 degrees 06 minutes East from the point of beginning;

Unless said mortgage is reinstated or the property redeemed, or unless the time for redemption is reduced by judicial order, you must vacate the premises by 11:59 p.m. on July 29, 2010.
