Card cross country honors award winners
The Alexandria boys’ and girls’ cross country teams both wrapped up their seasons with the season-ending awards banquet recently.

The Alexandria boys’ and girls’ cross country teams both wrapped up their seasons with the season-ending awards banquet recently.
Zach Hodgson was named the boys’ most valuable runner after helping lead them to another trip to the state meet this season. Austin McCoy went home with the Coaches Award, while David Ohman was named the most improved runner.
On the girls’ side, it was Jamie Piepenburg who took home the Most Valuable Runner Award. Chelsey Richardson was honored with the Coaches Award and Kaci McCoy was named most improved. Piepenburg and Richardson both wrapped up great seasons with appearances in the state meet.
