A Petition to have the Trustee of the Irrevocable Trust Agreement of Ann Miller purchase certain real estate has been filed with the Court.

You are hereby notified that a hearing on the Petition will be held at 4:00 p.m. on December 21, 2009, at the Douglas County Courthouse, 305 Eighth Avenue W, Alexandria, MN 56308 and that notice hereof be given by mail as provided by law, by mailing a copy of this order at least fourteen days before the date of the hearing to the above-named protected person and to each of the next-of-kin and all persons entitled to notice under M.S. §524.5-102, Subd. 7.
