NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on November 16, 2009 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of Larry Scott Quitmeyer. The applicant is requesting to allow group quarters with up to five residents. The property is located at 702 Nokomis Street and is legally described as: Lot 1, Blk 40, “Holes Addition”, Section 20, Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota.
