Donald Engebretson of Alexandria won $14,000 playing Northstar Cash. The numbers on his quick-pick ticket matched the five winning numbers drawn October 26. His ticket was one of two sold that matched all five numbers to split the $28,000 jackpot.
Engebretson purchased the wining ticket at Jill’s Gas and Grocery, 1109 Third Avenue East in Alexandria.
