NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Maxistorage of Alexandria has taken possession of and will sell at public sale the personal property for cash on the 30th day of October, 2009 at 11:15 a.m. at Maxistorage, 715 22nd Ave. E., Alexandria, MN, Unit #128, Rose Green and Unit #97, Dwight Johnson. The units contain furniture and personal goods. The tenants will be denied access to the personal property until the claim of the undersigned has been satisfied in full.
This notice is given in accordance with Minnesota Statute Section 336.7-210, S14.973 and 541.974.
