Laughing and learning at Women's Showcase

Fitness expert Natalie Heckert conducted a demonstration of "chair aerobics" during the Women's Showcase last Thursday at Broadway Ballroom in Alexandria. The annual event featured dozens of booths, as well as food sampling, wine tasting and door prizes. In addition to Heckert, who is the CEO of NATS (Nutrition and Aerobic Training Service), cooking expert Sue Doeden was also on hand to demonstrate some of her recipes.
