'Oktoberfest' to take place in Carlos
The Carlos Lions Club is hosting its annual “Oktoberfest” this Saturday, October 3.
The Carlos Lions Club is hosting its annual “Oktoberfest” this Saturday, October 3.
The celebration will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Carlos Town Hall, behind Herby’s Bar and Grill.
The traditional event will include old time music by Denny Zaviska and “German regalia will be in vogue.”
Along with the singing and dancing, guests can enjoy German food, dark beer and 1919 root beer.
German wurst (sausage) with all the fixings will be served.
The Lions invite everyone to take part in this “annual gala evening of food, music and fun.”
