Wedding - Johnson/Wurster

Abbie Johnson and Cade Wurster were married on June 6, 2009 in a private ceremony in Alexandria. A reception followed at Forada Supper Club.

Abbie is the daughter of Mark and Jane Johnson of Alexandria. She is a 2005 graduate of Jefferson High School in Alexandria and a 2007 graduate of Minnesota West Community and Technical College (MWCTC) in Canby with a degree in dental assisting. She is employed with Joseph M. Haack, DDS in Alexandria.

Cade is the son of Joyce and Mike Garrow of Ruthton and the late Stephen Wurster. He is a 2000 graduate of RTR High School and a 2007 graduate of MWCTC with a degree in wind energy. He is employed with Outland Renewable Energy in Canby as a traveling wind technician.

Jamie Zollner, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. Maria Lund and Heather Dotterwick, friends of the bride, were bridesmaids. Personal attendants were Cindy Wenner and Laura Carrow, friends of the bride and groom

Eric Wurster, brother of the groom, was best man. Derick Johnson, brother of the bride, and Kyle Stensgaard, cousin of the groom, were groomsmen. Ring bearer was William Suchy, friend of the bride and groom.

The couple will honeymoon later this year in Playa del Carmen in Mexico.
