THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon plaintiffs’ attorneys an answer to the complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court within twenty (20) days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings in question real property situated in the County of Douglas, State of Minnesota described as follows:
I.
That plaintiff, Zacher Investments, LLC, is the owner, in fee simple absolute, of the real estate situated in the County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4) of Section Eight (8), Township One Hundred Twenty-eight (128) North, Range Thirty-seven (37) West, Douglas County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section Eight (8); thence North 00°27’00” West, assumed bearing along the West line of said Section, 330.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing North 00°27’00” West, along said West line, 132.00 feet; thence North 89°07’19” East, parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4), a distance of 1,319.94 feet to the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4); thence South 00°46’12” East, along said East line, 132.00 feet to a line being parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4) and passing through the point of beginning; thence South 89°07’19” West, parallel with said South line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4), a distance of 1,320.68 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to an existing public roadway easement over the West 33.00 feet thereof (C.S.A.H. No. 42).

That plaintiff, Zacher Investments, LLC, entered into a Contract for Deed with TLW Investments, LLC dated February 16, 2007, and recorded February 16, 2007, as Document No. 292287.
The object of this action is to determine the title and adverse claims to the above-described lands, to obtain the issuance to the persons entitled thereto of new certificates of title to any of such lands which have been registered, and to determine that defendants have no right, title, estate, lien or interest in the above-described real estate.
This case may be subject to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes under Rule 114 of the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts. The Court Administrator or your attorney can provide you with information about ADR options and a list of neutrals available in your area. ADR does not affect your obligation to respond to the Summons and Complaint within twenty (20) days.
