ORDINANCE 1-09
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Lake Mary, Douglas County, Minnesota, have adopted Ordinance 1-09, Ordinance Regulating the Presence or Keeping of Animals, effective September 8, 2009.
Said Ordinance has been adopted for the purpose of promoting the public health, safety and general welfare of the Town members of the Township of Lake Mary, Douglas County, Minnesota, and regulates animals in the Town.

Adopted by the Lake Mary Town Board of Supervisors this 8th day of September, 2009.
