Volunteer fair set for Sept. 26
Lakes Area Volunteers in Action (LAVA) is sponsoring a Volunteer Fair for anyone wishing to learn about the various volunteer opportunities in the community.
Lakes Area Volunteers in Action (LAVA) is sponsoring a Volunteer Fair for anyone wishing to learn about the various volunteer opportunities in the community.
The volunteer fair will be at Viking Plaza Mall on Saturday, September 26 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Various agencies and non-profits will be available to answer questions about volunteering.
Free entertainment will be provided by Louis Moreno of 57 Chevy and the Johari Tribal Belly Dancers from noon to 1 p.m.
