Melissa Roers of Alexandria and Anthony Thoennes of Parkers Prairie announce their upcoming marriage.
Melissa is the daughter of Greg and Mary Roers of Garfield. She is a 2004 graduate of Brandon High School and is currently employed as a food service supervisor at Douglas County Hospital.
Anthony is the son of Mike and Deb Rooney of Alexandria and Tim and Deb Thoennes of Oakdale. He is a 2003 graduate of Parkers Prairie High School and is currently employed at Morton Buildings in Alexandria.
An October 3 wedding is planned at Seven Dolors Church in Millerville with a reception and dance to follow at Forada Supper Club. The couple will reside in Parkers Prairie.
