Lakes Area Recreation offers free sample day

Lakes Area Recreation will host SilverSneakers Senior Sample Day on Wednesday, September 16 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Lakes Area Recreation will host SilverSneakers Senior Sample Day on Wednesday, September 16 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the Lakes Area Recreation large auxiliary room.

Sample day is free and open to people of all ages and abilities. Participants will sample all three of the SilverSneakers fitness classes available, as well as receive an introduction to the cardio room and weight equipment.
