Faith Kemp and Gene Hoff were two of the 23 Alexandria Special Olympics competitors taking part in the Minnesota State Bocce Tournament in Maple Grove this past Saturday. James Wood, Travis Schmidt, Corrie Peterson, Amanda Nelson, Maud Swanson and Heidi Goodin came home in first place. Sara Abbott, Dan Andrist, Kathleen Anderson, Ryan Carson, Casey Ohren, Natasha Randall, Anne Frederichs, Gene Hoff and Chuck Stultz all took second. In third from Alexandria, it was Darwin Delles, Tammy Zarbok, Heather Bosclair, Lindsey Gruber and Sarah Decker. Dan Madson, Allyscia Braun and Faith Kemp finished in fourth place.
