Bremer Bank trains employees on leadership
Thirty Bremer Bank employees recently completed a year-long leadership training session.
Thirty Bremer Bank employees recently completed a year-long leadership training session.
The training was centered on John Maxwell’s “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.” Maxwell is an international speaker and author on leadership topics.
Maxwell suggests leadership principles can apply at work, home and within the community.
Bremer’s year-long training included weekly sessions for employees. Those weekly sessions consisted of speakers, tutorials and group discussions.
