Fair swings into action

Kiersten Sabolik, along with her brothers J.J. and Brady, cleaned up their calf entry before judging began on Thursday and Friday at the Douglas County Fair. The annual end-of-summer celebration started Thursday and runs through Sunday. In addition to all the usual events and attractions, this year’s fair will also include a new “Energy Park” tent and a public safety display.
