Ingebrigtsen to address veteran's issues at American Legion meeting

Alexandria American Legion Post 87 will meet on Tuesday, August 25 at 7 p.m. at the VFW.

Senator Bill Ingebretson, R-Alexandria, will give an update on veterans’ legislation from the past session and what to expect in the next session.

All veterans are encouraged to attend.

The Legion will also be at the Douglas County Fair as a part of the Veterans Council booth along with representatives from the Veterans Affairs clinic, Minnesota National Guard’s Beyond the Yellow Ribbon, Blue Star Mothers, VFW posts and American Legion posts.
