NOTICE TO CREDITORS

AND CLAIMANTS

The Central Lakes Region Sanitary District (the “District”) is in the process of winding up its affairs in advance of dissolution. The District adopted a Second Resolution of Intent to Dissolve on June 18, 2009. The Second Resolution of Intent to Dissolve was noticed by publication in the Echo Press on July 8 and 15, 2009, and by mail to all property owners in the District on July 20, 2009. A copy of the executed Resolution may be inspected on the District’s website at www.clrsd-mn.org.

If you have a claim against the District on an unpaid account or other obligation of the District, you may file that claim as part of the District’s dissolution process. Please mail your claim to Rinke-Noonan Law Firm, Attn: John Kolb, P.O. Box 1497, St. Cloud, MN 56302. Your claim must contain sufficient detail for the District to determine the nature, amount, and validity of your claim. The deadline for you to file a claim is September 29, 2009.
