About 30 ladies attended a “Dolls of Darling Drive” neighborhood party.

This group encourages every neighborhood to gather together and get to know each other.
After reading an article in the July 17 Echo Press by the Alex Area Stewards about getting to know your neighbor, about 30 ladies attended a “Dolls of Darling Drive” neighborhood party on July 28. Two neighbors hosted the get-together. The ladies wore feather boas and tiaras, brought hors d’oeuvres and signed a card for a neighbor who couldn’t be there because she was receiving cancer treatments. The neighbors learned a lot about each other and vowed to have another party in the fall. The group encourages every neighborhood to gather together and have some fun.
