The drivers of two vehicles that collided head-on were both killed in a crash on Sunday, July 19, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
The patrol said Jacob A. Hughes, 16, of Litchfield, Minn., was northbound in his 1993 Pontiac Grand Am on U.S. Highway 71 near 202nd Street in Todd County when he drifted into the southbound lane, striking a 1990 Buick Regal driven by Tod G. Walther, 46, of Long Prairie.
Both drivers were killed in the crash, which happened just before 7 a.m.
