Smiles and waves in Miltona

Cubby the Clown, who is better known as Curt Lind from Parkers Prairie, handed out tasty treats to parade-goers during the Miltona Tornado Days grand parade Saturday afternoon.

Douglas County Commissioner Bev Bales (front) and State Representative Mary Ellen Otremba smiled and waved to their constituents along the parade route.
