THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the Plaintiffs’ attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the Office of the Court Administrator of the above-named service. If you fail to do so, Judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
That part of the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 28, Township 127 North, Range 40 West, Douglas County, Minnesota, also being a part of Lot A and a part of Lot F of Auditor’s 2nd Subdivision of the NE1/4SE1/4 Section 28, Township 127 North, Range 40 West of the 5th P.M., according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, said Douglas County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 28;
thence North 00 degrees 24 minutes 22 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Section 28, a distance of 1958.67 feet to Point “X”, said point being on the east line of said Lot A, and said point being the point of beginning of the land to be described:
thence South 89 degrees 26 minutes 03 seconds West 151.81 feet;
thence North 00 degrees 40 minutes 25 seconds West 55.00 feet;
thence North 89 degrees 26 minutes 03 seconds East 152.07 feet to the east line of said NE1/4SE1/4 and the east line of said Lot F of Auditor’s 2nd Subdivision of the NE1/4SE1/4 Section 28, Township 127 North, Range 40 West of the 5th P.M.;
thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 22 seconds East, along said east line, a distance of 55.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The tract contains 0.19 acre more or less and together with an easement for access purposes over, under and across that part of the aforesaid Lot A of Auditor’s 2nd Subdivision of the NE1/4SE1/4 Section 28, Township 127 North, Range 40 West of the 5th P.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the aforesaid Point “X”;
thence South 89 degrees 26 minutes 03 seconds West 136.81 feet;
thence South 00 degrees 37 minutes 01 seconds East 12.00 feet;
thence North 89 degrees 26 minutes 03 seconds East 136.77 feet to the aforesaid east line of the NE1/4SE1/4 and the aforesaid east line of Lot A;
thence North 00 degrees 24 minutes 22 seconds West, along said east line, 12.00 feet to the point of beginning.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of this action is to obtain Judgment declaring that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple absolute of the above-described premises, and that the Defendants, and each of them, have no interest or estate in said property, nor lien thereon.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by Plaintiffs against any of the Defendants.
