NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Maxistorage of Alexandria has taken possession of and will sell at public sale the personal property for cash on July 31, 2009 at 9 a.m. at Maxistorage, 761 Gene’s Road SE, Alexandria, MN, Unit #82, Sheldon Pahl; and Unit #40, Amber Lee at 720 22nd Ave. E. The Unit contains furniture and personal goods. The tenant will be denied access to the personal property until the claim of the undersigned has been satisfied in full.
This notice is given in accordance with Minnesota Statute Section 336.7-210, S14.973 and 541.974.
