Bid Opening: July 29, 2009 at 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. at Leaf Valley Town Hall

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS – Contractors sealed proposals for the construction of the above mentioned project, a project including GENERAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, AND ELECTRICAL Construction will be received by the Clerk at the indicated time and place.

Bids will be received as follows: Combined bid including general, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.

Bids received after deadline will not be opened.

Bids will be opened publicly immediately at time of bid opening.

The following must be submitted with bids:

REQUIRED – Performance Bond and Payment Bond IC-134

Bid Bond and Proof of Insurance

Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and marked “Leaf Valley Hall Bid”, with address of bidder and addressed to:

FAXED BIDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Specifications and other contract documents are on file with the Township Clerk and will be provided at the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. This will be at the job site on July 16, 2009 at 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. All bidders are required to attend.

Bid may not be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in bids.
