A storm packing high winds and heavy rain moved quickly through Douglas County Saturday night.
A storm packing high winds and heavy rain moved quickly through Douglas County Saturday night. The winds were strong enough to flip Roger Dunker’s boat lift upside down on Lake L’Homme Dieu near Government Point.
