NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Runestone Office Center of Alexandria has taken possession of and will sell at public sale the personal property for cash on the 11th day of July, 2009 at 11:15 a.m. at Runestone Office Center, 910 Highway 29 N, Alexandria, MN, Rick Mohagen. The Unit contains miscellaneous items. The tenant will be denied access to the personal property until the claim of the undersigned has been satisfied in full.
This notice is given in accordance with Minnesota Statute Section 336.7-210, S14.973 and 541.974.
