PUBLIC HEARING ON

ROAD IMPROVEMENT FOR

CARLOS BLUFFS ROAD

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the Carlos Township Board of Supervisors will meet in the Carlos Elementary School Gymnasium from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM on the 18th day of June, 2009 to consider the making of an improvement on Carlos Bluffs Road by tar surfacing, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is abutting properties. The estimated cost of the improvement is $236,050.00. Persons as desired to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
