Kate Barr, executive director of the Nonprofits Assistance Fund, will present “Management During a Recession,” Tuesday, June 23 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Lakes Country Service Cooperative in Fergus Falls.
Barr’s talk will include:
•How to assess your organization.
•Techniques for scenario budgeting.
•Contingency planning.
•Time for questions and answers and discussion.
