NOTICE TO CREDITORS

AND CLAIMANTS

The Central Lakes Region Sanitary District (the “District”) is in the process of winding up its affairs in advance of dissolution. The District adopted a Resolution of Intent to Dissolve on March 5, 2009. The Resolution of Intent was noticed by publication in the Echo Press on April 10 and 17, 2009, and by mail to all property owners in the District on April 27, 2009. A copy of the executed Resolution may be inspected on the District’s website at www.clrsd-mn.org.

If you have a claim against the District on an unpaid account or other obligation of the District, you may file that claim as part of the District’s dissolution process. Please mail your claim to Rinke-Noonan Law Firm, Attn: John Kolb, P.O. Box 1497, St. Cloud, MN 56302. Your claim must contain sufficient detail for the District to determine the nature, amount, and validity of your claim. The deadline for you to file a claim is July 21, 2009.
