How can a nonprofit survive and thrive during an economic downturn?

Kate Barr, executive director of the Nonprofits Assistance Fund, will present “Management during a Recession,” Tuesday, June 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Lakes Country Service Cooperative, Fergus Falls.

Barr’s talk includes:

--How to assess your organization.

--Techniques for scenario budgeting.

--Contigency planning

--Time for questions and answers and discussion

Cost is $20 for registrations on or before June 15, and $25 after June 15. A continental breakfast is included.
