NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to City Code Section 6.09, Subdivision 4, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 15, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the utility easement vacation application of the City of Alexandria. The request would vacate the public utility easement lying between Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 2 of “Franzen’s Westwood Addition”.
