Engaged - Pohlig and Schroeder

Rebecca Pohlig and Todd Schroeder announce their engagement.

Rebecca is the daughter of Bruce and Kathleen Pohlig of Alexandria. She is a 1997 graduate of Jefferson High School in Alexandria and a 2001 graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, where she majored in psychology. She earned a master’s degree in 2004 and a Ph.D. in 2007 from University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, where she majored in clinical psychology. She is a psychologist at St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud.

Todd is the son of Bill and Jay Schroeder of St. Cloud. He is a 1990 graduate of Cathedral High School in St. Cloud and a 1994 graduate of the University of Minnesota-Morris, where he majored in business management and economics. He is an athletic equipment salesperson at Gameday Athletic in St. Joseph.

An August 29, 2009 wedding is planned at Alexandria United Methodist Church. A reception and dance will follow at the Bruce and Kathleen Pohlig residence on Lake Carlos in Alexandria.
