NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON APPROVAL OF THE
ISSUANCE OF CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BONDS
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA
STATUTES, SECTION 475.521
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Alexandria, Minnesota (the City), will meet at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2009, at the City Hall, 704 Broadway, Alexandria, Minnesota, to conduct a public hearing on (i) the adoption of the City’s Capital Improvement Plan (the Plan) and (ii) the issuance of capital improvement bonds in an amount not to exceed $1,900,000 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.521 for the purpose of financing a new public works facility and other improvements identified in the Plan.
The Plan is on file and may be inspected at City Hall during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing or to provide written comments to the undersigned, which written comments will be considered at the hearing.
