CARLOS TOWNSHIP
PRAIRIE ROAD
PAVING PROJECT
Sealed Proposals will be received by the Carlos Town Clerk by mail or hand delivered to the Carlos Elementary School by 7:30 PM, Thursday, May 28, 2009, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Description of Work: Class 5 aggregate base and Hot Bituminous Pavement on approximately one (1) mile of Prairie Road between Douglas County Road 42 and TH 29 in Carlos Township.
Completion Date: July 31, 2009
Contract Documents are on file with the Township Clerk and available from the Township Engineer, Jeff Stabnow at 218-770-1276.
Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid. The Township Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Township.
