TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Lake Mary, Douglas County, Minnesota, will meet and hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 12th day of May, 2009, at the Lake Mary Town Hall, located at 4791 Co. Rd. 4 SW, Alexandria, Minnesota, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon after 6:00 p.m. as can be heard, to consider the making of an improvement of Frontage Road (Parcel Numbers of: 30-0013-999 and 30-0254-999), in the Township of Lake Mary, by bituminous surfacing, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the property abutting and non-abutting on such roads. The estimated cost of such improvement is $86,700.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessments and estimated costs of each project will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
