Volunteers needed to collect lake samples

The Douglas Soil and Water Conservation District is looking for volunteers to collect water samples on Oscar, Little Oscar, and Freeborn lakes.

The Douglas Soil and Water Conservation District is looking for volunteers to collect water samples on Oscar, Little Oscar, and Freeborn lakes.

A grant covers the cost of the equipment and lab analysis, however, volunteers will need a boat to collect the samples.

No experience is necessary, training will be provided.
