Brenna Burgau and Troy Nelson announce their engagement.

Ryan and Shelley Burgau of Alexandria announce the engagement of their daughter, Brenna Burgau, to Troy Nelson, son of Kerry and Lorrie Nelson of Lowry.
Brenna is a 2007 graduate of Jefferson High School in Alexandria and a 2008 graduate of the Salon Professional Academy in Fargo, North Dakota. She is a stylist in a Fargo salon.
Troy is a 2007 graduate of Minnewaska High School in Glenwood and is a pre-law student at Minnesota State University-Moorhead.
An October 10, 2009 wedding is planned at Lake Community Church in Alexandria. A reception and dance will follow at Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria.
