Letter – Fun rivalry will continue
On behalf of the Alexandria Fire Department and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, we wanted to thank each of you, fans and businesses alike, for your support of the charity broomball game.

On behalf of the Alexandria Fire Department and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, we wanted to thank each of you, fans and businesses alike, for your support of the charity broomball game.
This year’s game was not played, but that doesn’t mean our rivalry has ended – only that we are changing our sport. Please be patient and stay tuned, and we’ll see ya at the ballpark! Bat and glove, anyone?
